Mr. Pawel Guzik

Mr. Pawel Guzik has recently graduated from the University of Oxford with a Distinction in his MSc Law and Finance (MLF) degree. He also holds a first-class LLB Law degree from King’s College London, and worked as a legal researcher at the Faculty of Law, Oxford and The Dickson Poon School of Law. He is currently pursuing an LLM Bar Vocational Studies degree at The City Law School in London as a Lord Denning Scholar of The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.

Dr. Jyoti Shrirang Dharm

Dr. Jyoti Shrirang Dharm is an academician and researcher based in Pune. She is currently serving as a senior faculty at Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University New Law College, Pune and she holds to her name an illustrious career spanning 18 years with the organisation. Dr. Dharm has been taking lectures on constitutional law, jurisprudence and health law, and is an active member of the Board of Studies at Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University and MIT-WPU Faculty of Law. In line with her keen interest in environmental jurisprudence, Dr. Dharm was awarded Ph.D in the year 2007 for her thesis on “Problems and Perspectives of Environmental Law in the Indian Legal System”. She has also successfully completed a UGC Minor Project on Mass Disaster and Environmental Degradation in India: Legal Liability and Legal Remedies in the year 2015. 

Dr. S. Krishnan Mani

Dr.S.Krishnan is an Associate Professor in Seedling School of Law and Governance, Jaipur National University, Jaipur, Rajasthan. He had worked as an Assistant Professor in History in Apex Professional University, Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh. He has 5 years of teaching experience. He had also worked as a Journalist for about 7 years in esteemed newspapers like Indian Express and Daily News Analysis, online news portals and a magazine in Gujarat. And he worked as a Liaison Officer in Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi in 2013. The writer has 91 articles (52 National + 39 International) in the journals and 481 Journalist Reports. He has participated and presented papers in international conferences. He received the “Golden Social Scientist of the Year 2020” (For Research) in Guwahati on 23rd February 2020. 
He did his Ph.d in “U.S.-NATO Relations: A Study of Changing U.S. Security Perceptions Since 1949”.  His key areas of specialization include Modern Indian History, History of the United States and U.S. Foreign Policy, Strategic Studies, International Relations, History of Europe, History of China and Japan and Mass Media and Journalism.

 

Mr. Amit Yadav

Mr. Amit Yadav has a vast experience in legal academia. Presently he is associated with Manipal University Jaipur as an Assistant Professor (Senior Scale). He is an external member of Academic Council and Board of studies of Dr. K.N. Modi University Tonk and associated with Rajasthan Public Service Commission for confidential assignments. He is also associated with Rajasthan University as an external examiner. He has been invited as a resource person in various national and international seminars and delivered lectures as a resource person in Academic Staff College of HRDC Jaipur.

Mr. Deepankar Sharma

Mr. Deepankar Sharma is presently an Assistant Professor of Law, Manipal University Jaipur. He is a Visiting Scholar at City University of London, Visiting Research Associate at University of Hong Kong, Arbitrator at Dubai International Arbitration Centre and Member of International Editorial Council, BRICS Law Journal (SCOPUS Indexed). He has successfully completed 60 certificate courses and 3 Diploma courses from International organizations like the United Nations and leading universities of the world. He has been associated as international Editorial Council Member with BRICS Law Journal (SCOPUS Indexed Publication).

Ms. Revathi S. Murali

Ms. Revathi S. Murali is an academician based at Pune and is currently associated with Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University New Law College, Pune. She has finished her graduation and post-graduation (business laws) from New Law College.  Fresh out of college after graduation, she started her career as a practising advocate in Chennai and later stepped into the field of academics and research. She was a merit student throughout her graduation and post-graduation and never the one too shy away from exploring new fields, she holds to her name a Diploma in Medical Jurisprudence and Forensic Science. Her latest tryst is exploring the interplay of the fields of artificial intelligence and law and she has been instrumental in setting up the Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Law in the college.

Ms. Kriti Bhatia

Ms. Kriti Bhatia is an Assistant Professor at Seedling School of Law and Governance, Jaipur National University, Jaipur. Her academic interests focus primarily on subjects related to Business and Corporate Laws. A cum laude graduate in BA.LL.B. (Hons.) and LL.M, she cracked UGC-net in the first attempt. She has also published papers on issues like Surrogacy Laws around the globe, Legality of Nuclear Warfare, Harmonised System of Nomenclature vis-à-vis GST, etc.

Ms. Surbhi Dubey

Ms. Surbhi Dubey was an Assistant Professor at Jaipur National University and has excelled in various subjects. Her subjects of interest include Alternative Dispute Resolution, Crime Against Juvenile, Right to Information, Law of Evidence, Copyright and Patent Law and many more. She has authored many articles which are published in many renowned journals throughout her career. She is a member of All India Bar Council since 2016.
